What you need to Know
There is nothing that is going to take the place of anabolic steroids. That is as far as UNNATURAL and SUPERNATURAL strength. Before I start, I want to make it clear that I believe "Steroids should be used only by knowledgeable professionals to enhance their career. I don't believe anyone should jeopardize their health for a little size, because taking steroids can be like playing Russian Roulette. But my warning are not going to stop those who already made up their minds to try steroids. If you are going to take steroids, then take the time to learn everything about them first. Know the fact, side effects, and the dosage instead of using the old guess and learn routine.

    It is not the steroid itself that can cause side effects, it is the lack of knowledge and the fake. There is no such thing as a small dosage or just one cycle. 90 percent of athletes that take steroids  take high dosages, longer cycles, or wrong combinations. So don;t kid yourself into thinking you will just try steroids to add a couple of pounds. STEROIDS CAN BE ADDICTING!  Maybe not physically, but mentally. A steroid user like any other drug user, will never believe that they abuse steroids, or mentally addicted to them. Most steroid users attitudes about steroids can be frightening. I see this happen with 1 out of 5 steroid users. Mental addiction to steroids in most cases are when an user is afraid  to stop the use of steroids or will prolonged the cycle in fear of losing their size, strength, and their aggressiveness. For beginners and young teenagers, I recommend taking steroid alternatives first before even thinking of going to play with the big boys. Building your body on a good solid foundation is the best way to start. A good all round nutritional diet program with all the necessary elements to feed the body will make a strong body.  I believe we are seeing more and more deaths with our young athletes today due to the uneducated on nutrition.  I always recommend beginners to start with supplements and an workout routine to help strengthen the foundation.  High Protein, Multi Vitamins, extra Multi Minerals, specially Magnesium and old fashion  Multi-Glandulars and Liver tablets will help build a strong fountain. Once the system is healthy and the foundation is strong the body is ready to gain mass size. In fact, when the system is operating at peak efficiency, the gains are seen from nearly every workout. Whereas, starting off on steroids will weaken the body structure and sooner or later the foundation will crumble. I have seen this to be true so often. A young Athlete looking for a scholarship or to be drafted, believes he can only get there by means of Steroids. Yes, steroids can get you size and strength, but without the strong foundation the body can't handle all the new stress, size and strength. This may account for all the early injuries, mental changes, and other addiction such as pot and cocaine.
 
    Strengthening the system is especially important for young beginners that have just gone through adolescence. Changing from boyhood to manhood can be a big strain on the body. I would never recommend taking steroids under the age of 19. The actions of anabolic steroids in young teenagers has the possibility of causing serious disturbances of growth and sexual development. Steroids can also suppress the gonadotropic function of the pituitary and may have dramatic effects upon the testicles.  Knowledge is the game, take the first year to build your foundation and get to know all the string of training, diets, supplements, and the difference between steroids and how to use them safely before you jump into something that will effect you for the rest of your life. Just because your friend has taking a cycle and received great gains without side effects doesn't mean you will. Each body is different and each type of steroid will have a different effect on the body. Beside with all the counterfeit steroids on the market today your chances of get rip off is high.
