The Body The human body is quite a remarkable structure. Not even the most intricate and highly sophisticated computer can function as precisely and purposefully as the human body. Its functions go on twenty-four hours a day, even during our sleep, Our body functions will never rest throughout our lives. All we are required to do is provide the raw materials for our health and proper care for maintenance. |

| Training hard or taking mega dosages of
supplements or even steroids can and weaken the body. Every bodybuilder can
experience set backs by abusing their body. Improper rest, inadequate nutrition and
supplements, and overloading the system will make all the different in the way your body
looks, functions, and even grows. I have been studying sports nutrition since 1979. That is three decades of seeing trainers and doctors charging their minds on nutrition, sports supplements and steroids. I seen and heard for three decades how taking steroids will make you big. Well I hate to bust your bubble, but steroids don't make you big. At least, not by themselves. It is the proper nutrition, supplements and training the make you big. We know so much today about how to improve athletic performance through nutrition and supplement than our predecessor ever imaged, even just twenty years ago. Thousands of studies on how nutrients and nutritional practices can improve performance have been conducted during the past two decades. Still, however, most athletes, as well as coaches, trainers, and other professionals do not having working knowledge on keeping the body healthy. Most athletics succumb to the misinformation that spread around locker rooms and the internet today. This is why many athletes continue to resort to the latest hot supplement such as creatine and andro, workout routine or even drugs. Any thing that promises the aliment size, growth, hardest, cuts, alone with a highest performance. All of these practices are not only dangerous but counterproduction if the body is not healthy and functions from the in side out. Proper care the the inter body is the key to getting the competitive edge that all athletes need to win in sports and that all people need to win in life. Most athletes today look only for muscle growth supplement. But most don't know is that nutrition and supplements are required for growth, maintenance, and health. Different parts of the body need different nutrients to function properly. As an example, the nervous system has a different nutritional nneds that the muscles. These difference must be taken into considertion when attempting to make the whole body perform at its best. You wouldn't paint your engine on your car so it will look great if the engine is not running. So why focus on muscle growth if the body's health can't provide all the essenital functions to make the muscle grow?
