Boil vegetables and broth in large saucepan. Reduce heat and cover until tender (about 10 minutes). Add milk, pepper and cornstarch. Stir until soup thickens. Remove from heat and add cheese stirring until melted. Cool, then add Protein. Makes 4 servings. |

Heat oven to 300. With an electric mixer beat butter until fluffy. beat in sugar substitue and egg. Add chopped pecans, bake mix, and cocoa; beat until well blemded. Drop by heaping teaspoonsful 1 apart onto non-stick baking sheets. Bake 14 minutes. Makes 36 cookies - per cookie: 72 cal, .5 gm protein, 6.5 gms fat, 1.5 gms total carbs. |

Heat over to 350. Place oatmeal in a food processor; pulse until fine. Add Soy Pro and salt and pulse to comine. Add butter, canola iol and Stevia packets pulse until granular, about 1 minute. Add Egg D' Lite; pulse until a dough forms. Transfer dough to a mixing bowl; fold in chopped chocolate with a spatula ot wooden spoon. Drop by teaspoonsful 1" apart onto non-stick baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until edges are slightly brown. Makes 40 cookies - per cookie: 82 cal, 1 gm protein, 6 gms fat, 3.5 gms total carbs. |

Heat over to 350. With an electric mixer, beat butter, cream cheese and stevia powder until light and airy. Add egg yolk, orange rind and almond extract. Beat until ingredients are well combined. In a separate bowl, combine Phoyto Soy and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to cream cheese mixture. Stir in club soda; mix in 3 cups of shredded coconut. Pinch and roll dough into 1" balls. Spread remaining coconut on a plate; roll balls to coat. Place on non-stick baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until cocunut turns golden brown. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool. Makes 40 cookies. per cookie 92 cal; 1 gm protein; 8 gm fat; 2.5 gm total carb. |
