bulletOlive Leaf Extract
Many medical researchers believe that an Olive leaf extract with a high concentration of oleuropein can offer these benefits for men and women.
An effective method of combating many forms of bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeasts and protozoa
Key ingredients:20% Oleuropein Olive Leaf Extract and Micronutrients from Olive Leaf

What does Olive Leaf Extract do?
Olive leaf extract (oleuropein) is a natural wide-spectrum antibiotic, anti-bacterial, anti-viral,anti-fungal compound. Unlike synthetic antibiotics, it destroys only the bad bacteria and protects the good. Medical research suggests that when Oleuropein is taken orally, it searches out and "inactivates" the bacteria. It does this by dissolving the outer lining of the infectious germs and then it penetrates the infected cells, thus inhibiting the replication of the bacteria.

bullet
What exactly is Olive Leaf Extract and what can it do?
The key to olive leaf extract is a bitter phytochemical compound called Oleuropein extracted from the leaves of the Mission and Manzanillo olive trees.

Oleuropein is a diastercomeric indoide, which means that its molecule reflects light in both the left and right handed direction (levortatory and dextortatory). It also means that it has phyto-nutrients with therapeutic potency sensitive to excessive heat, as can be generated during an extraction process. Recognition of these characteristics during the manufacturing process is the key to why some olive leaf extracts work and others do not.

bullet
How can Olive Leaf Extract boost the immune system?
If a person's immune system is overburdened fighting a war against an influx of infectious germs, the immune system becomes weak and the body is more susceptible to sickness.

When Oleuropein is taken orally, two natural enzemes in the body-esteraize and beta-glucosidase- convert the Oleuropein to elolenic acid. Elolenic acid derived from this source helps strengthen the immune system.

Many medical researchers are becoming increasingly concerned about the emergence of superı germs that have developed a resistance to antibiotic drugs. Olive leaf extract is increasingly used in Europe as a replacement for synthetic antibiotics. In the USA, olive leaf extract is being used by a growing number of medical practitioners to combat bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeasts and protozoa. Examples include: infected teeth and gums, Herpes, vaginal yeast infections, Candida, Tinea, urinary infections, Botulism, Chlamydia, colds, cold sores (Herpes Simplex 1), Conjunctivitis, diarrheal diseases, ear infections, E Coli, Hepatitis A and B, Shingles, Salmonella, strep throat and food poisoning.

Are there any side effects to using Olive Leaf Extract?
It is generally agreed that olive leaf extract does not produce adverse side effects. Please consult your physician if you are taking any prescription medications. But some people may experience what is known as Herxheimers Reaction, which may give the feeling the symptoms are temporarily getting worse. This most likely is a sign the olive leaf extract is working! This is due to a detoxification reaction to the olive leaf extract killing a large number of harmful germs quickly. If this should happen, decrease the dosage by half for three to four days and drink as many as four glasses of water between each dosage.
The discovery of a molecule with a mirror image. In the early 1990ıs, Fredrikson made a number of significant discoveries about the Oleuropein in olive leaf. His discoveries are recorded in his book ³The Tree of Life² which is in the Library of Congress. He discovered that the human body has two enzymes (esteraize and beta-glucosidase) that convert Oleuropein to elolenic acid, a powerful compound that kills a wide range of bacteria. Elolenic acid has one left handed (levorotatory) and seven right handed (dextorotatory) molecules the right handed is the mirror image of the left. It is the right handed form of elolenic acid that kills the bad bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeasts, etc. As a result of Fredriksonıs discoveries, this compound is fast becoming a rising star in the world of nutritional knowledge and healing. Since the process of converting Oleuropein to elolenic acid is a natural process that occurs in the body, the process cannot be patented.
