The first thing I suggest you do is clean out your system. I find that, most fat burning is slow down due to toxins the system.  Toxins can cause toxic build up, water retention, and can slow down the metabolic process that converts fat into energy. To lose weight, you must burn more calories that you consume.  Eating too many calories, whether from carbohydrates, fats or proteins, leads to  weight gain, which can lead to increased insulin levels. Carbohydrates eaten in reasonable quantities don't cause increased insulin levels or weight gain, as many of the current fad diets claim.  there's nothing magical about certain foods or combinations of foods. "A calorie is a calorie no matter how it is consumed".  There are  six rules for losing weight and burning body fat:

No skipping meals Diet aids Snack only on high fiber or protein foods

EXERCISE STRATEGY
There are three basic types of exercise: Stretching, Toning, and Straightening.  the body needs all three, but aerobic exercise is most effective for fat burning. How long you exercise and when determines on how much fat you burn, not how strenuous the exercise is performed.
1. Perform 30-40 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 times per week, (every other day  if possible) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or four hours after  eating (you burn more fat on an empty stomach). 
2. Conduct intense weight-training exercise utilizing basic muscle exercises such as the chest, legs, abs, and arms, 20 minutes 2-3 times per week.
Muscles use more calories than any other part of the body, so the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn and the more tone you will become. In addition, muscle produces fat-burning enzymes. More lean body mass allows you to use fat as a fuel in a more efficient manner.  
NUTRITION STRATEGY
1. Consume four to five small balanced meals per day (300-500 calories each meal). Each meal should contain one portion of protein and one portion of carbohydrate. Restrict fat intake to 20 grams per day.
2. Drink at least 8-10 cups of water each day.
Skipping meals is a well-known dieting strategy. Going all day without eating causes the body to slow down its metabolism rate and increase the appetite.  Skipping meals also slows down the metabolism in your body. Eating more often, but in small amounts, will actually help to burn calories for fuel, instead of storing them as fat.
